Beef Barbacoa
Loads of pulled beef that we cook for hours in a slow oven. Smoky, tangy and downright delicious. Juicy and tender with no heat. Add any Signature Salsa you would like to make it perfect!
Pollo a la Crema
Bites of chicken in a cream sauce with caramelized onions and poblano peppers. A recipe from home and one of my Mom's greatest mistakes! Smooth a creamy with a little bit of bite, perfect for kids of all ages.
Steak and Nopal
Tender strips of steak cooked to your liking, served with our own Pico de Gallo salsa and Nopal - a tender cactus that tastes like a spicy gerkin. A savoury, medium spicy taco that satisfies.
Suadero
Tender, slow cooked chunks of beef. A simple taco that needs nothing else except some cilantro, onions and fresh lime. Melt in your mouth goodness that calls for another!
Vegetarian Black Bean (Vegan)
Black beans, tender bites of corn, avocado, onions, cilantro, tomatoes - just perfect fresh bursting flavour. This taco filling is served cold to capture the amazing flavours that come together in this morsel of goodness!

Create your favourite Fajita in a bowl if you are looking to go without grains in your diet. Just ask our Taco Team to leave out the corn tortillas and use a bowl instead!

A tasty Mexican treat! Using our Mexican style crusty bun, we give you a taste explosion! You'll get two pieces of toasted melty cheese goodness with re-fried beans, your choice of Signature Salsa and sour cream drizzled on top. So good you won't want to share!!

Simple and elegant - that's what this is! Crispy fresh greens with julienne style bell peppers, carrots and piled with fresh sliced mango. Topping this off is Chef Martin's Chipotle and Maple Dressing - he says it's his marriage between Mexico and Canada. He's not wrong! Your taste buds will thank you!!

Made fresh daily by the creative and talented Chef Martin! We never know what he is going to come up with next. But I promise you - it's always fabulous!
